Health is wealth =)

I’ve been practicing this healthy diet thingy for weeks. More like I’m forced to by mum. Well, you can’t say no to my mum, can you? =) Basically, this diet requires you to drink a lot of water which causes you to rush to the toilet all day long =(
Every morning we’ll go to this green concept shop to have breakfast. We’ll be served with drinks which you’ll have to drink them in correct sequence. First of all, we’ll consume a glass of pure concentrated aloe vera diluted in as little amount of plain water as possible. You can choose to have it without mixing with water but note that it’s super sour, not normal orange kind of sourness. It feels like you’re drinking acid just that it’s not corrosive lol. According to the aunty there, this aloe vera juice helps to clean your colon. Then, we’ll have to drink a big glass of lemon+hibiscus extracts punya tea. Moved on, we’ll have a glass of blended vegetables or fruits mixed with the milk shake powder formulation. Of course, there’s a different menu every day. To prevent boredom I guess but to me, it’s more like they are doing this to prevent customers from feeling disgusted =( I'm coping up pretty fast though. Seems like I got used to it already! =D I feel so healthy lol.

3, Today's special : pumpkin + cauliflower + barley + vanilla flavoured milk shake powder

Mum’s been really into fashion. She enjoys trying out clothes which she’ll never set her eyes on last time. Maybe it’s because she has lost quite some kilos recently. Her lastest style of dressing up, cheongsam~ Haih, women are so unpredictable. She bought a cheongsam for RM150 this morning. And she’s intending to buy another piece of samfu =.=”

She said she likes the collar part
